User manual for the Peavey IPR2 7500 2-Channel Power Amp 03004250
The user manual for the Peavey IPR2 7500 2-Channel Power Amp 03004250 provides
necessary instructions for the proper use of the product Pro Audio - Live Sound - Power Amplifiers.
The Peavey IPR2 7500 2-Channel Power Amp features an advanced design that makes it lightweight while increasing output power, reliability and thermal efficiency. This amplifier is designed with a resonant switch-mode power supply and a high-speed Class D topology that yields a high audio resolution and efficiency. Advanced technology and extensive protection circuitry allow for efficient operation under difficult loads and power conditions.
The DDT (Distortion Detection Technique) circuitry ensures trouble-free operation into loads as low as 2Ω. DDT protects drivers and ensures that sonic integrity is maintained, even in extreme overload conditions. This amp also features 2-channel independent fourth order Linkwitz-Riley crossovers and a variable-speed fan housed in a lightweight aluminum chassis. The amplifier’s high-efficiency design allows it to operate at very low temperatures without the need for massive heat sinks to cool.
