This ACK-E6 AC Adapter Kit from Canon provides a 100-240V 50/60Hz AC power supply source for use worldwide with select Canon cameras. The adapter kit is useful when you need to power your camera for an extended period of time without having to continuously replace and recharge multiple batteries.
The kit comes with a DC coupler, which has an attached 7.5' DC coupler cord. The DC coupler is shaped like a battery, and fits in your camera's battery compartment. The DC coupler cord is then connected to the included 100-240V AC adapter. A 6.6' power cord attaches the adapter to a socket on your wall.
Given the combined length of the two cords, you have a total of approximately 14 feet of cord to comfortably shoot in your studio.
