I am getting a loud hum when I plug my instrument into the guitar input on the Vocalist Live 5 as soon as I try to increase the volume on the guitar knob. If I plug the instrument into another mic, I get no hum so I don't think it is the cord or the amp. Even when I'm not playing and the guitar knob on the vocalist is turned off, I still see the digital meter peaking. Any ideas?
