Scaled up slightly from the Ominus FPV, the black and green Vista FPV Quadcopter from Dromida features the same 720p video capture capabilities as its sibling and allows viewing of a live feed on a Wi-Fi enabled iOS or Android mobile device. This is a ready-to-fly (RTF) bundle, meaning a pre-bound transmitter (handheld radio controller) is included, along with a smartphone holder, a flight battery and USB charger, a 4GB microSD card, AAA batteries for the transmitter, and a spare set of props.
On one charge, the Dromida FPV can remain in the air for up to 15 minutes and recharges via USB. The flight control system – a mini embedded computer – relies on data from a 3-axis gyro and three accelerometers to maintain a stable flying condition. It features multiple flight modes to suit beginner and advanced pilots alike. You can even perform aerial flips, rolls, and other tricks at the press of a button.
