The Meade 3.5" ETX-90 UHTC Portable Observatory Telescope with Camera Mount is a two-piece B&H Kit including an all-in-one EXT-90 catadioptric telescope and a piggyback camera mounting bracket from JMI Telescopes. The piggyback bracket wraps around the optical tube for secure camera attachment to the ETX-90. The mounting bracket also comes with a counterbalancing weight that offsets the weight of the attached camera. In addition to the Ultra-High Transmission Coated (UHTC) Maksutov-Cassegrain optical tube assembly, the ETX-90 is complete with two Super Plossl eyepieces, a motorized dual-fork altazimuth mount, steel leg tripod, and AutoStar GoTo controller pre-loaded with a 30,000 object database. Combined with the specially configured Piggback camera mount, this Portable Observatory Telescope Kit is a full-featured astrophotography platform for hobbyists and stargazing enthusiasts alike.
