The Onkyo TTX-8160 Network Stereo Receiver offers wireless connectivity and powerful sound. This receiver features Onkyo's WRAT amplifier technology and produces up to 80W per channel at 8 ohms for robust audio playback. Built-in AirPlay and Bluetooth allow you to wirelessly stream music from compatible audio sources such as computers, MP3 players, smartphones, and tablets. Onboard Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity gives you the ability to stream music from Internet radio sources and use DLNA technology to share content with compatible networked devices. Two Wi-Fi antennas are on the rear of the receiver for optimized signal range.
The Onkyo TX-8160 has two coaxial, two optical, six RCA, and a phono input for connecting a wide variety of audio sources. There's also a USB port for interfacing additional sources such as mass-storage devices. Onkyo also offers a free remote app for controlling your receiver from a smartphone or tablet.
