i have a canon vixia hf g20 and a vivitar rc 800 remote. when I connect the remote, the camera cycles thru on and off ... and that only stops when I turn on the camera thru the remote. but I can't turn the camera off. the cycling starts again. only way to turn it off is to unplug the remote. Any ideas?
