The Wildgame Innovations MX100E Swarm Series Digital Metal Detector is a durable polycarbonate digital metal detector with a 10" submersible coil. It is able to detect objects as small as a quarter from up to 10" away and has 8 metal categories with adjustable discrimination to help make your search a bit easier. The MX100E features three elimination modes, either all-metal, coin, or jewelry, that will sort through objects in the ground and help discern what is worth digging for and what isn't.
All of these settings can be seen on the backlit digital interface where you can make adjustments and view things like signal strength and depth indicators in pin point mode. The MX100E also has 4 different HD audio tones for sorting out objects it finds and it has a 3.5mm jack for plugging in a pair of headphones. The height of the detector can even be adjusted using a 7" quick release extension and it has an ambidextrous arm guard and strap for comfort during use. It runs on six AA alkaline batteries.
