The MXW1 Bodypack Transmitter from Shure is a bi-directional bodypack transmitter designed for use with Shure's Microflex wireless conference system. It can be used in various environments for audio applications such as, boardrooms, corporate theaters, training/seminar centers, government, and more. It features an integrated omnidirectional microphone as well as a TA4M connector for an optional lavalier or headset mic. In addition to transmitting audio, the MXW1 receives a return channel of audio that can be monitored with an optional earphone through the unit's earphone output. The MXW1 protects your audio with 256-bit AES encryption, allowing for secure transmission.
The unit features a built-in rechargeable battery that is capable of up to 9 hours of use. It can be worn on an optional lanyard, tucked into a shirt pocket, or attached to your clothes with the included belt-clip.
